Pada tanggal 22 April 2009, Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Belitung Timur diresmikan oleh Manorus Butar Butar, SH selaku Wakil Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Kemudian berubah nama dari Kejaksaan Negeri Manggar menjadi Kejaksaan Negeri Belitung Timur berdasarkan Keputusan Jaksa Agung No:KEP-349\/A\/JA\/05\/2016 Tanggal 12 Juli 2016 tentang perubahan nama Kejaksaan Negeri dan Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri yang ditandatangani oleh Happy Hadiastuty, S.H., C.N selaku Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kejaksaan Negeri Belitung Timur dengan Luas lahan 1.199 M<sup>2<\/sup> yang beralamat di Komplek Perkantoran Terpadu Jalan Raya Manggar &#8211; Gantung Desa Padang Kecamatan Manggar Kabupaten Belitung Timur Propinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung merupakan instansi vertikal Kejaksaan di tingkat Kabupaten Belitung Timur yang bertanggung jawab kepada Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sejak tahun 1983 s\/d Juli 2008 Kejaksaan Negeri Belitung Timur berstatus Kantor Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Tanjungpandan di Manggar.
