Adapun penghentian berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif yang dilakukan terhadap para tersangka ALFIL MUZA dan DIMAS ANDRIAN Melanggar pasal 480 Ke-1 KUHP Jo Pasal 55 Ayat 1 Ke-1 KUHP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Belitung Timur menyerahkan SKP2 kepada para Tersangka disaksikan oleh Jaksa Fasilitator, Kades Mekar Jaya, Korban, dan Keluarga Tersangka dilakukan seremonial pelepasan rompi tahanan di Rumah Restorative Justice di Desa Mekar Jaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendekatan keadilan restoratif yang dilaksanakan oleh Kejaksaan menyeimbangkan kepentingan pemulihan keadaan korban, dan juga memperbaiki diri pelaku yang hasilnya mampu mewujudkan keadilan, serta memperbaiki keadaan masing-masing pihak, sehingga sejalan dengan rasa keadilan masyarakat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rabu, 18 September 2024 Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Belitung Timur Dr. Rita Susanti, S.H., M.H. telah menerbitkan Surat Ketetapan Penghentian Penuntutan (SKP2) berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif.
